Homeward and NeotericX
Homeward is owned and operated by NeotericX Incorporated. This Homeward policy is effective October 30, 2026. Mandatory legal rights and applicable separate agreements take precedence.
Report a concern
Email info@neotericx.info with the subject “Security report”. Identify the affected NeotericX URL or feature, describe the potential impact, and include the minimum non-destructive steps needed to reproduce it. Redact personal information, credentials and confidential material. If sensitive evidence is essential, ask us to arrange an appropriate exchange before sending it. This mailbox is not an emergency service.
Scope and permission
This policy provides a reporting channel for security concerns affecting Homeward’s pages.dev and workers.dev addresses and Homeward features operated by NeotericX. It does not authorize penetration testing, access to another person’s account or records, or testing of Cloudflare, identity providers, mailbox providers or other third-party systems. Obtain written scope and permission before any testing beyond ordinary authorized use. A linked service is not automatically within NeotericX’s authority to authorize.
Minimize harm
Use only accounts and sample data you control. Do not conduct denial-of-service tests, social engineering, credential attacks, destructive activity, persistence, malware deployment, bulk extraction or lateral movement. If you unexpectedly encounter another person’s information or a secret, stop, avoid copying it, and report the location with redacted evidence. Do not threaten disclosure or demand payment.
Coordination
We will assess reports, may request clarification, and coordinate remediation according to the issue’s severity and available information. Please allow a reasonable opportunity to investigate before publishing details that could facilitate exploitation. Any disclosure schedule should be agreed in writing and must preserve protected legal reporting. We do not promise a specific response or remediation deadline, bounty, payment, or public credit. We will not knowingly retaliate merely because someone submits a lawful good-faith report. This statement does not authorize otherwise unlawful testing or bind third parties.
Information handling
Reports may be shared with personnel, affected service providers, advisers or authorities as reasonably necessary to investigate, remediate or satisfy legal obligations. We minimize unnecessary disclosure but cannot promise absolute confidentiality. Do not send unrelated sensitive information. Our Privacy Policy explains applicable rights and contact procedures.
