Our approach
We aim to make the website usable by people with different abilities and assistive technologies, using WCAG 2.2 Level AA as a design and improvement target. The site includes semantic structure, keyboard-accessible controls, visible focus indicators, labeled form fields, text alternatives, a skip link, and reduced-motion support. Legal content is available as selectable text and can be printed.
This is a statement of approach, not a certification of complete conformance. Automated checks and limited manual testing cannot identify every barrier across browsers, devices, and assistive technologies. Third-party interfaces and downloaded materials may have different limitations.
Request help or report a barrier
Email info@neotericx.info with subject ‘Accessibility’, the page or task affected, a description of the barrier, and an accessible way to contact you. Browser and assistive-technology details are helpful but optional. Do not include unnecessary medical or sensitive information. We will review the issue and work toward a reasonable alternative or correction; no specific response deadline is promised by this policy. The same email can be used instead of the inquiry form.
