Homeward and NeotericX

Homeward is owned and operated by NeotericX Incorporated. This Homeward policy is effective October 30, 2026. Mandatory legal rights and applicable separate agreements take precedence.

Collection notice

NeotericX Incorporated collects identifiers such as account name and email; account authentication and security records; user-provided home projects and tasks; inquiry messages, company details and accepted policy versions; and optional pseudonymous public-page activity. Sources are you, your browser, selected identity providers when enabled, and hosting infrastructure. We use these categories to provide and protect Homeward, respond to inquiries, meet legal duties, and measure use with optional consent.

Authorized company personnel and service providers for hosting, identity, and correspondence receive information needed for their functions. Other disclosures may be legally required or connected with a protected business transfer. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising and have no knowledge of selling or sharing information about children under 16.

Retention and sensitive data

Retention follows the criteria in the Privacy Policy: service needs, request handling, legal duties and claims; optional analytics has separate 90-day detail and 13-month aggregate windows. Do not submit highly sensitive data. Account credentials are processed to secure the service, not to infer characteristics or support advertising. This notice does not claim that every CCPA provision applies regardless of coverage thresholds.

Rights and requests

Where the CCPA as amended by the CPRA applies, rights may include knowing categories and specific information, correction, deletion, and relevant opt-outs or limits, subject to exceptions. Send requests or authorized-agent inquiries to info@neotericx.info. We use proportionate verification, respond within applicable periods, and do not unlawfully discriminate. Global Privacy Control prevents optional analytics collection. No sale or advertising sharing is currently conducted. You may contact the California Privacy Protection Agency or Attorney General.
