Homeward and NeotericX

Homeward is owned and operated by NeotericX Incorporated. This Homeward policy is effective October 30, 2026. Mandatory legal rights and applicable separate agreements take precedence.

Components

Homeward’s deployed worker includes the jose library for identity protocols and relies on the Cloudflare runtime. The build and test tools include esbuild and Miniflare. Public pages request the Manrope and DM Sans typefaces from Google Fonts. Runtime and development tools do not all execute in a visitor’s browser. A downloadable Third-Party Notices file in the brand resource center includes the installed package license texts available for these dependencies.

License priority

Applicable open-source and font licenses control the components they cover and prevail over conflicting general website restrictions. Homeward branding and original policy content are not licensed under those software licenses. Contact info@neotericx.info with “Homeward licensing” about missing notices or permissions.
