Technology and intellectual property
We welcome inquiries about potential technology, software, content, and intellectual-property collaboration. Availability and rights are assessed individually. This page does not present an established patent portfolio, a catalog of available licenses, or a commitment to offer any particular technology.
Before a license is agreed, we will review ownership, third-party rights, permitted uses, affiliate access, sublicensing, geography, confidentiality, and applicable technology-transfer controls. A written agreement defines the rights actually granted.
Brand, marks, and creative materials
Our brand portal provides current artwork and practical usage guidance. Access to a file does not authorize every use. Commercial licensing, merchandise, co-branding, sponsorship, and uses implying an endorsement require specific written permission unless an existing agreement or applicable law permits them.
Do not alter the identity, claim a relationship that does not exist, or use another party’s protected materials on the assumption that NeotericX can grant those rights. We make no representation here about trademark registration or clearance in every jurisdiction.
Software, models, and open-source rights
Third-party software, fonts, models, and other components remain subject to their own licenses. General website restrictions do not override rights granted under those licenses. Where we do not own the relevant rights, additional permission may be needed from the rights holder.
What to include in a request
Identify the material or technology, your organization, the proposed use, the audience, distribution channels, territories, duration, and whether the use is commercial. Include a public link or short description where useful. Initial inquiries should not contain confidential designs, source code, trade secrets, or controlled technical information.
We will determine whether we can consider the request, what further review is needed, and what written terms would apply. An inquiry, download, silence, or preliminary discussion does not grant a license or create a confidential relationship.
Request review
For technology licensing or brand permission, email info@neotericx.info with the subject “Technology licensing inquiry” or “Brand permission request.” Opening a contact link does not send a message automatically. Existing contractual permission should be checked against the exact intended use before requesting an expansion.
