Homeward and NeotericX
Homeward is owned and operated by NeotericX Incorporated. This Homeward policy is effective October 30, 2026. Mandatory legal rights and applicable separate agreements take precedence.
Scope and controller
NeotericX Incorporated is the controller for Homeward’s described processing. Contact info@neotericx.info with “Homeward EU privacy request”. This supplement applies where the GDPR’s territorial and material conditions are met; visiting a U.S. website does not alone determine applicability.
Processing and lawful bases
The Privacy Policy identifies account and home-plan data, inquiries, security records, optional analytics, recipients, and retention criteria. Providing necessary account data enables the requested account service; optional analytics is not required. Contract performance or requested pre-contract steps may rely on Article 6(1)(b), necessary security and business communications on Article 6(1)(f) subject to balancing, legal obligations on Article 6(1)(c), and optional analytics on consent under Article 6(1)(a) where required. Accepting terms is not optional analytics consent.
Rights and transfers
Subject to statutory conditions, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to legitimate-interest processing. Consent can be withdrawn without affecting earlier lawful processing. We respond without undue delay and normally within one month; any permitted complexity extension is explained within that month.
Where Chapter V applies, a lawful transfer mechanism and necessary supplementary measures must cover international processing. This notice does not provide that mechanism or claim that every U.S. provider is certified. Ask for information on the safeguards applicable to your data.
Independent remedies
You may complain to a competent supervisory authority and pursue mandatory judicial remedies without accepting arbitration. We do not represent that a statutory data protection officer or EU representative has already been appointed. Required appointments and disclosures must be addressed when legally required.
