Homeward is owned and operated by NeotericX Incorporated. This Homeward policy is effective October 30, 2026. Mandatory legal rights and applicable separate agreements take precedence.

## Make a request

Email info@neotericx.info with “Homeward privacy request”. Describe the right you wish to exercise, the Homeward account email or inquiry reference where relevant, and your country or state if needed to identify applicable rights. You can request access, correction, deletion, a copy, or other available rights. Authorized agents may act subject to proportionate authority verification. Do not send passwords, recovery codes, or unnecessary identity documents.

## Choices and response

Privacy choices in the footer controls optional analytics and deletes history linked to this browser’s current key. Exporting your organizer gives you a copy of your plans; clearing browser storage does not delete a signed-in cloud account. Request cloud-account deletion by email.

We respond within applicable legal deadlines, explain permitted extensions or refusals, and may ask only for verification proportionate to the request. Reply with “Homeward privacy appeal” to request review where available. You may contact a competent regulator directly. No internal request, account, terms acceptance, or arbitration agreement is required first. We do not unlawfully discriminate against rights requests.
