## Your choice

Homeward is owned and operated by NeotericX Incorporated. Newsletter subscriptions are separate from account registration, support inquiries, and CRM contacts. We ask for an email address, optional name, topic preference, and an explicit subscription request. We record the consent wording, its version, timestamps, subscription state, and confirmation and unsubscribe records. You are subscribed only after you confirm your email.

## Messages and delivery records

Homeward operates its own campaign editor, subscriber database, and delivery queue. Delivery requires a configured and verified mail server. Until that connection is ready, subscription requests remain pending and no newsletters are sent. Confirmation links expire after 48 hours; you may need to request a fresh link when sending becomes available.

When enabled, newsletters are transmitted through the configured SMTP mail service. The service receives recipient and message information needed for delivery. Delivery records include campaign, attempt time, mail-server outcome, and errors. Mail-server acceptance is not proof of inbox delivery. We do not include tracking pixels or track newsletter opens or clicks.

## Unsubscribe and requests

Every newsletter contains a link to unsubscribe from all Homeward marketing without an account or arbitration agreement. Unsubscribe links remain usable after subsequent campaigns. We stop queued marketing to unsubscribed or suppressed addresses; a message already accepted by the mail server may still arrive. Necessary service or account communications are separate.

Email info@neotericx.info with “Homeward newsletter” for help, correction, access, or deletion requests. Limited suppression and consent records may be retained to honor an opt-out, prevent unwanted resubscription, comply with law, or resolve disputes. Our Privacy Policy and regional notices explain applicable rights, service providers, and retention criteria.

## Responsible campaigns

We identify Homeward and NeotericX Incorporated, use accurate subject lines, and include a valid configured postal address and unsubscribe instructions. Campaign authors must review content and audience before queueing. We do not enroll people merely because they have contacted us or created an account.
