Homeward is owned and operated by NeotericX Incorporated. This Homeward policy is effective October 30, 2026. Mandatory legal rights and applicable separate agreements take precedence.

## Report copyrighted material

Email info@neotericx.info with “Copyright report”. Include your signature; the protected work; the exact allegedly infringing material and location; your contact details; a good-faith statement that the use is unauthorized by the owner, its agent or law; and a statement that the report is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, you are authorized to act. Consider licenses and lawful exceptions before reporting.

## Review and counter-notice

We may request clarification or restrict material while reviewing a report. Where Section 512 applies, counter-notices require a signature, identification and former location of removed material, a sworn good-faith mistake/misidentification statement, contact details, and the statutory federal-court jurisdiction and service consent. The applicable restoration window is 10–14 business days after a compliant counter-notice unless qualifying court-action notice is received. Material misrepresentations may create liability.

This site currently has no public user-upload service. Our reporting mailbox is not represented as a registered DMCA agent, and this policy does not establish safe-harbor eligibility. Where applicable, repeat-infringer restrictions and other statutory conditions must be implemented. For privacy, impersonation, trademark or other concerns, identify the URL, claimed right, facts and requested action; those reports do not automatically follow the DMCA process. Reports may be shared as reasonably needed to resolve the issue. Privacy requests require no arbitration acceptance.
