## Homeward and NeotericX

Homeward is owned and operated by NeotericX Incorporated. This Homeward policy is effective October 30, 2026. Mandatory legal rights and applicable separate agreements take precedence.

## Scope

These additional conditions apply only to a feature expressly identified as beta, preview, experimental, or sandbox under accepted evaluation terms. The guest organizer is a browser-based way to explore Homeward; it is not an invitation to test other users’ accounts or security controls. Use sample data when evaluating an experimental feature.

## Risk and feedback

Experimental features may change, contain errors, lose sample data, or be withdrawn. Keep independent copies and do not rely on them for safety-critical or professional decisions. No graduation to a paid product or uptime promise is made unless separately agreed.

You retain your materials. Voluntary suggestions may be used without payment, without transferring underlying inventions, confidential material, or third-party rights. Separate agreements must address confidential testing, permitted integrations, and commercial rights. Mandatory protections remain intact.
