Homeward is owned and operated by NeotericX Incorporated. This Homeward policy is effective October 30, 2026. Mandatory legal rights and applicable separate agreements take precedence.

## Restrictions

Except with our prior written permission or where applicable law or a controlling license allows it, do not bulk-copy, harvest, scrape, resell, or systematically extract protected website content or personal information. Do not use protected content to train, fine-tune, benchmark, or build datasets for AI or large language models, or create a competing content database. To the extent the law permits a reservation of text-and-data-mining rights, NeotericX reserves those rights.

Do not bypass authentication, rate limits, crawler exclusions, or other access controls, misrepresent your identity, or burden the service. Permission for ordinary search indexing is limited to public pages and does not confer a separate training license.

## Permitted assistance and exceptions

People may use accessibility tools, ordinary browser functions, and user-directed assistants to read the website or operate its publicly offered planner and forms on their behalf, subject to the same rules as other visitors. This permission does not permit bulk harvesting or submission of spam. Applicable open-source licenses, fair use, and other non-waivable legal exceptions take precedence.
