## Homeward and NeotericX

Homeward is owned and operated by NeotericX Incorporated. This Homeward policy is effective October 30, 2026. Mandatory legal rights and applicable separate agreements take precedence.

## Responsible use

Use only accounts, plans, and materials you are authorized to access. Do not bypass controls, attack infrastructure, impersonate others, harass people, introduce malware, or harvest private information. Ordinary accessibility tools, personal exports, and user-directed assistants are allowed within the same access boundaries.

## Ownership and reliance

You retain rights in your own materials. The limited permission to process them is described in the Terms and Privacy Policy. Do not use the organizer to store secrets or regulated records, and check plans before acting on them. Homeward is not a professional inspection or emergency service.

## Liability and protected rights

The expressly accepted Terms contain the applicable warranty and liability provisions and mandatory exceptions. No provision releases all known or unknown claims, restricts lawful regulator access, or requires a consumer to indemnify NeotericX for its own misconduct. Employment rights, protected reporting, fair use, privacy rights, and non-waivable remedies remain intact. The separate arbitration agreement applies only within its expressly accepted scope.
